Aloha and welcome to Yoga Refuge in Aiea, Hawaii! Thanks for stopping by and taking the time to meet our multi-talented, multi-cultural group and to learn more about yoga! Yoga Refuge is a community-based yoga enterprise. We are here for YOU! Let us know what we can do to make yoga more accessible to the Central-West Oahu community. Yoga Refuge is currently located inside the Rosalie Woodson Dance Academy in Aiea Village Square. The word “yoga” means to unite or join. Joining the mind, the breath, and the body through Yoga strengthens and stretches the whole person beyond preconceived limits. Yoga Refuge welcomes airline professionals, military, and emergency responders. We are only a few minutes from Honolulu International Airport, Hickam Air Force Base, and Naval Station Pearl Harbor. WHAT'S NEW? *Jason is taking a much needed trip to the Mainland. Safe travels Jason!!! Gina will be coving his classes except 24 Jun 10. Our dear teacher will return for his Thursday 5:00 PM, 8 Jul class. **There is no yoga class 5 July due to the federal holiday and general sense of vacation ;-}. ***Happy 4th of July!!!! Please be SAFE and SANE with the fireworks.
